Brain Food
While taking this i truly felt like my brain was at peace and able to focus on my tasks at hand. In the gym it helped me focus on my exercises while also giving me that extra boost to get through it.

Good for sex and/or weight lifting/sprints.
Great stuff. Seems to help erections, but it gives me easy anger, which may indicate testosterone boost. If you have anger issues as I do, be careful. Maybe take it at home, when you aren’t planning on going out. Don’t take it before bed as it may give you restlessness, as any other nitric oxide/erectile booster. I haven’t taken much of this, but when I do, it seems to give me aggression and erectile boost. Good for sex and/or weight lifting/sprints.

Great for strength, endurance and recovery.
This is one of the very few supplements I have tried that causes a noticeable increase in strength, endurance and recovery, in addition to a reduction in body fat. Akarkara is now a mainstay for me. At 42, I am having the best workouts I've had in years. I now look forward to workouts instead of forcing myself through them.
