Trained bicep and triceps, and I would say I experienced the greatest pump I have had in my life so far. The pump lasted over 2 hrs after the workout lol. Will absolutely increase E2

Guys on Test use this to increase Estradiol when their level is too low (for whatever reason). I have the labs to prove it works -- this really does increase E2. For workouts, higher E2 obviously isn't going to help you, but if your E2 is too low, this is what you want to take (it upregulates Aromatase, which you can find documented in Icariin from Epimedium brevicornum Maxim promotes the biosynthesis of estrogen by aromatase (CYP19) by Lijuan Yang). 5 stars, this absolutely works for raising E2.
