We ship all orders in the United States to either your home or place of business utilizing USPS Priority Mail at $7.50 per shipment flat rate, no matter the size of the order. Thus, we are able to ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders being sent USPS Priority should arrive in approximately 3-5 business days.
Orders Shipping To Canada:
All orders to Canada will be sent via International Priority Mail at $25.95 per shipment. Orders being sent International Priority Mail should arrive within approximately 14-21 days.
International Priority Mail shipping service is available for orders shipping to all international countries. Your order will be sent via International Priority Mail at $33.95 per shipment. Orders being sent International Priority Mail should arrive in approximately 14-21 days. In some cases, customs may delay delivery in certain countries and it may take as long as 3-4 weeks to be delivered. IMPORTANT! International shipments, including shipments to Canada, are subject to Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees, and Customs Fees in your country. These extra fees are your responsibility and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. The rules for these fees vary by country, and your local government determines the duty and customs charges. Custom procedures may delay shipments. Due to past problems and lengthy delivery times, Barlowe now only ships internationally to Canada, the U.K., Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Scotland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, the Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Australia, Mexico and New Zealand.

Refund, Return Policy, and Guarantee:
Your wellness is our business and our #1 priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you would like to return a product, simply email email@example.com within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions. Product must be shipped back to Barlowe's Herbal Elixirs at the customer's expense. Refunds will be promptly issued upon receipt of the returned product with no questions asked. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. No product returns can be accepted after 30 days. Foreign orders which are detained or confiscated by Customs are not subject for refund.
If you receive any merchandise that was damaged during shipping, you must email customerservice at BarlowesHerbalElixirs.com within 24 hours after your receipt of shipment. We will then contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. Do not discard any portion of the shipment, as the shipping company or Barlowe's Herbal Elixirs may need the damaged product or packaging material. We will issue you a full credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise. Barlowe's Herbal Elixirs is in no way responsible for damages that occur after your order has been delivered.
