I've been taking this for a few weeks, and it seems to be helping with menopause symptoms and I think my breasts are firmer and fuller, not really bigger but maybe a bit heavier? I increased to 2 capsules per day and also experienced the unfortunate side effect that another reviewer mentioned; periods resumed. I am already taking Estrogen and have been for over 30 years since my complete hysterectomy. Pueraria mirifica seems to have made my hair a bit thicker and my nails stronger. I was also told by a few people that my 60-year old face looked 45 (I don't see it, though). My breasts seemed a bit firmer but not by much. The very unexpected side effect was the return of menstruation, something I was not expecting. I find this quite unbecoming in such an old lady, so I have stopped taking it. However, I decided to give this product a 5-star review because it is obviously very effective and maybe 2 capsules daily was too much for me. I should have read the safety info said it was "very potent and should be utilized with care". I also like the fact that the capsules don't contain stearates, fillers, soy, etc. and it's packaged in glass instead of plastic.
UPDATE: I decided to try again but this time, just take one capsule per day instead of two. My previously thin hair has become much thicker and longer in just one month and my diminished eyelid hooding makes me look less ancient, so I am very pleased with the results.
